Micro Update has been in existence since 1987 specialising in all IT technologies. Back in the 80’s we concentrated on training and desktop publishing systems for Institutes and Associations as we were affiliated with a printing business. We specialised in Ventura, Pagemaker and other DTP/Typesetting packages during that era. We then moved onto to database and network systems and eventually during the 90’s into the web.

The web has been the center for most activity since then, and we have concentrated on the SME market place offering practical solutions to everyday IT related issues. Quite often this involves offering opensource packages to solve issues and provide solutions.
